These terms are the rules for using Our Class List. Our Class List is run by Domfly LLC, a California limited liability company ("we" or "us"). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.
Your account
You need to be an adult (18 or older) to create an account. Give us accurate information, keep your password private, and let us know through the Support page if you think someone else has used your account.
Your class list
What you put on your list stays yours. By posting it, you let us store it and show it on the site so that families can see it. You are responsible for what you post, and you need to have the right to post it (for example, pictures you took or have permission to use).
Please do not post students' full names, photos of students, or any student records, and nothing that is illegal, misleading, hateful, or someone else's private information. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Store links
Some items link to outside stores. Those stores are run by other companies, and anything you buy there is between you and that store, under their terms.
Using the site fairly
Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, don't use it to send spam, and don't use it to collect other people's information.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Our Class List running, but the site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We can't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that any list will be fully funded.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Our Class List is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens on outside stores or sites we link to.
Closing your account
You can stop using the site at any time, and you can delete your account yourself from your Account page. It is deleted right away. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
